Self-Love Heart Chakra Workshop and Ceremony

Feb. 8th

"Treat yo self" as we focus on the hear chakra and self-love/acceptance.  Experience gentle, personalized Reiki healing as we practice Yoga Nidra (yogic meditation).  Indulge in a bit of food magic with a special blend of Love Tea and chocolates.

Dress in comfortable clothing as we will be sitting during meditation as well as a journal.
